House Reno Update 8/17/2022

2 1/2 weeks ago we bought a 1977 fixer upper…. and we’ve basically spent everyday for the last 2 weeks in demo mode. A HUGE thanks to Grandma Diane for coming to hang out with Hadley on the weekends so that we could demo as much as humanly possible.

The entire main floor is gutted: flooring, 2 walls, a closet, the main bathroom, popcorn ceilings, wall paper… the list goes on and on.

The original plan was to get just enough done to be able to move in. And then we ended up having to just demo EVERYTHING. So we did.

But more on that another time….

Here are some pictures of the upstairs from before (there are videos if you follow on Instagram!). Upstairs there is a kitchen, living space, 3 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bathrooms (1/2 bath in the master bathroom).
