Fall is around the corner which means fall and winter baking are about to be in full force. Over the years I have worked really hard on perfecting a sugar cookie and royal icing decorating (more recently I have started to make cookie cakes but more on that later). I had to figure out a way to contain the laundry crazy back when we were fostering and after living in a camper for 8 months without a washer and dryer, had to kind of reset the laundry routine. This year was a little bit easier for us after living in a camper for 8 months, Hadley doesn’t have an over abundance of “stuff” at this point. We were able to pick out some things that we knew she would love and actually play with to replace some of her baby toys.
